Lisa Canning is a dancer and health and wellness professional dedicated to helping people become their best through exercise and nutrition.
Lisa has more than 15 years experience leading classes at health clubs, in corporate wellness programs, and private studios in and around NYC. She currently teaches a variety of virtual and outdoor dance and fitness classes and trains clients privately.
In addition to teaching and training clients, Lisa has successfully contributed to developing customized fitness, health, and wellness programs for health clubs and corporate wellness programs.
Originally from the Bay Area, Lisa holds a B.A. in Dance Ethnology from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Lisa is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Coaching.
